King B, looks real good in her new video for her second single, Best Thing I Never Had. I like the video -  it's simple yet good...plus it helps to kind of like the song.

TTC Naming Rights

The TTC has approved a new deal with Pattison Outdoor Advertising, which includes naming rights to the subway stations and large ads on buses & streetcars.

I think that it's a good idea given that it will bring $27 million a year for the next 12 years and hopefully the TTC avoids any further fare increase (at least for a couple years). Also, this is a great opportunity for OMJ to have its own special place in Toronto and be seen everyday by millions...lol...who wants to help financially to make this happen?? haha....just imagine the OMJ subway station = awesomeness!!!

Shakira - Rabiosa

I like Shakira's new song, Rabiosa. I like the beat and the video seems fun. I also want to share and dedicate this video to two people, Miss J and Miss H. Enjoy!

Beyoncé : 4

I have listened to Beyonce's new album "4" and it's a let down - It's a forgettable album. I was pretty much bored with most of the songs. During promotion, she had mentioned that with this album she was mixing up various types of music/sounds and creating a new sound, but the end product is basically stuff you have heard before & sounds she has done on prior albums. 

Given that the album leaked three weeks before its release, maybe she should have looked at some of the reviews and pushed it back. With the extra time she could have fixed the album. Better luck next time Miss B.

HEAT ALERT in Toronto

Summer is here!! wooooo!

The first heat alert has been issued in Toronto. It's expected to reach the low 40's (with the humidity) later in the day. So far it has been a nice day.

I wish I wasn't stuck in the office. Luckily we had a fire drill this morning and basically spent more than half an hour out in the park :) and right now I'm about to go on lunch, which means more time out in the sun :)...ok more like in the shade...got to protect the skin...hahahah! Anyways, enjoy the day and drink lots of liquids.

I wish I was at the beach!!

Beyonce's new song sucks big time!!!!....The video is good and the performance was the best at the Billboard Awards.
