Final Destination 5

This week I went to see Final Destination 5 and I enjoyed the latest instalment. I like scary movies and the Final Destination franchise is supposed to be scary and gruesome, but it’s not that scary for me. I mostly go watch the films for the death scenes…they are interesting, crazy, bloody, gory and some are even funny.  Check out the death scenes from the first four movies.

All five films have included some pretty cool death scenes and for some reason there is one death that made me laugh a lot (check it out below). A lot of people in the theater were laughing as well. I think it’s the crazy way she lands on the floor and the distorted way she ends up looking at the end.

Boardwalk Empire: Season 2

On September 25th the second season of Boardwalk Empire begins. It is one of my must see shows. I recommend it to everyone...except kids. If you haven't seen the first season, you have plenty of time to catch up before the new season begins.

6 lbs makes a huge difference

This is just crazy!!! Cynthia de la Vega from Mexico lost her crown and the chance to compete in Miss World because she wasn't able to lose 6lbs. That's insane...six pounds?!?!?..you can't even notice if a person has lost six pounds. I have lost 5 pounds and I look the same. I need to lose another 10 or 20 for me or someone else to see a difference. The people at Nuestra Belleza Mundo Mexico are completely nuts! Six pounds is nothing. I say go out and eat, eat, & eat and gain another 6 lbs and then maybe I'll buy the crazy excuse.

The Dark Knight Rises

The first poster is out for "The Dark Knight Rises" and I like it. Gotham City is in trouble.

I can't wait for the movie...Is summer 2012 here yet?!??!

King B, looks real good in her new video for her second single, Best Thing I Never Had. I like the video -  it's simple yet good...plus it helps to kind of like the song.

TTC Naming Rights

The TTC has approved a new deal with Pattison Outdoor Advertising, which includes naming rights to the subway stations and large ads on buses & streetcars.

I think that it's a good idea given that it will bring $27 million a year for the next 12 years and hopefully the TTC avoids any further fare increase (at least for a couple years). Also, this is a great opportunity for OMJ to have its own special place in Toronto and be seen everyday by millions...lol...who wants to help financially to make this happen?? haha....just imagine the OMJ subway station = awesomeness!!!
